D1 PERSONALIZED COACHING
The first step with D1 Multisport coaching is to evaluate your training/racing history, determine your strengths and weaknesses, then discuss your future goals. From this information, we will be able to develop an individualized training plan.

As a D1 athlete you will receive your program via Training Peaks account on a weekly basis. It has been said that the key to any successful relationship is communication. At D1, we couldn’t agree more. As an athlete you will have unlimited communication with your coach via phone, email, or text. The better the communication, the more specific the workouts can be. Long-term success is not about fitting your life into training; rather, fitting training into your life. Sometimes life gets in the way. As a team we are able to adjust to any situation. Ultimately we will work together to find the right path to accomplish your goals.
